Well-loved, yearly serviced, and new brakes

Super happy with this bike, but selling as I’ve gained confidence on the road and need to move up a size!
It has been well-maintained with a yearly service and the brake disc and tyres were recently installed. The frame has a few scratches from normal use (purely aesthetic), but everything else is in great condition.
